Refund Policy
When we refund, how to ask, and how long it takes. No form, no retention offer.
Last updated 31 August 2026
This policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to subscriptions bought from Tably LLC through framebook.app.
Try it before you buy it
The free version generates the first 3 pages of any guideline, from any template, with no card and no time limit. It is not a teaser — it is the same plugin doing the same work, stopping after three pages. If Framebook is not going to fit your files, you will know before you pay us anything.
The 14-day refund
Ask within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it in full, no reason needed. That covers your first payment and any renewal. One email is enough; we will not ask you to justify it or send you through a cancellation flow first.
After 14 days
Past 14 days we do not refund a period that is already running, because the service was available to you for it. Cancel instead: Pro keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
The exception is when it is our fault. If Framebook was unusable for a meaningful stretch of a period — an outage, or a defect that stopped generation working — write to us and we will refund that period pro rata, whether or not the 14 days have passed.
Renewals you did not mean to pay for
Annual renewals are easy to forget. We send a reminder before an annual subscription renews, and if one goes through and you did not want it, tell us within 14 days and you get it back in full.
How to ask
Email support@framebook.app from the address on the account, or tell us which address it is under. Nothing else is required — no form, no reason, no phone call.
- We reply within one business day.
- Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method.
- Stripe takes 5–10 business days to return the money to your bank. That part is out of our hands.
What happens to your account
A refunded period ends the subscription that covered it, so the account drops back to the free version. Everything you generated while you were on Pro is unaffected: those are Figma files in your own account and we cannot reach them. Templates you saved stay in your account and are there again if you resubscribe.
Where this does not apply
- Charges more than 14 days old, other than the fault case above.
- Accounts closed for breaking the Terms of Service.
- Anything you bought somewhere other than framebook.app — that seller’s policy applies.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer, your local law may give you more than this policy does — including a statutory right to cancel. Nothing here reduces it. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, or anywhere else with a statutory cooling-off period, read this policy alongside those rights — where the two differ, the law wins.
