Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Framebook. Short, and written to be read.
Last updated 31 August 2026
These terms are between you and Tably LLC (“Framebook”, “we”), of 1111B South Governors Avenue, Dover, DE 19904, United States. They cover framebook.app, the Framebook plugin for Figma, and anything else we put behind a Framebook account. By creating an account you agree to them.
What Framebook is
Framebook is a Figma plugin that fills a guideline template with a brand’s assets and produces an editable Figma file. It runs inside Figma; you need your own Figma account and edit access to the file you generate into. Your use of Figma is governed by Figma’s terms, not these.
Your account
- You need an account to use Framebook, and you must give a real email address — it is how we reach you about your subscription.
- Keep your login and your licence key to yourself. An account is for one person. You are responsible for what happens under yours.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 16.
- You can delete your account at any time. It takes your templates, licence and feedback with it.
Plans and payment
- The free version generates the first 3 pages of a guideline. It does not expire and does not need a card.
- Framebook Pro is $19 per month or $90 per year, charged in advance through Stripe and renewing automatically until you cancel. Prices exclude any tax we are required to add.
- If a payment fails, your access continues while Stripe retries the card — about two weeks. If it still cannot be collected, the subscription ends and your account returns to the free version.
- Cancelling stops the next charge. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. See the Refund Policy.
- If we change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before it affects your renewal, and you can cancel before it does.
What you own
Everything you make with Framebook is yours. That covers the templates you author, the guidelines you generate from them, and the files you deliver to your clients. We claim no ownership of any of it and no right to use it. You may sell it, licence it and hand it on to your clients with no obligation to us and no credit to us.
Framebook’s own templates — the ones we ship — are licensed to you for use in your work, including work you are paid for, for as long as you have an account. What you may not do is redistribute them as templates: sell them, publish them, or pass them on as a starting point for someone else’s guidelines.
What we own
The plugin, this site, the Framebook name and mark, and the code behind all of it remain ours. Your subscription is a licence to use the service, not a transfer of any of that.
Fair use
Do not:
- Share one account or licence key across a team. Buy the seats you need.
- Resell Framebook itself, or wrap it in another product, without written permission.
- Attack the service, work around its limits, or try to reach data belonging to other accounts.
- Use it for work that is illegal where you are, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
If you do any of those, we may suspend or close the account. Where the breach is something you can fix, we will say so first and give you a chance to.
Availability
We work to keep Framebook running and we do not promise it always will. There is no uptime guarantee on any plan today. If we plan an interruption that will matter, we will say so in advance.
We may change how the product works. If a change removes something you were relying on, we will email account holders before it lands.
The service is provided as it is
To the extent the law allows, Framebook is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a generated file will suit a particular purpose. Check what comes out before you send it to a client — it is your document and your name on it.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending it
You can stop at any time by cancelling and deleting your account. We can end this agreement if you break these terms, or on 30 days’ notice with a pro-rata refund of anything you have paid for time you will not get. Whatever you have already generated is unaffected: those are your Figma files and we cannot reach them.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, and the courts of the State of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer, you keep whatever rights and forums your local law gives you.
Changes
We will email account holders before a material change takes effect. The date at the top is the date of the current version. Carrying on using Framebook after that date means you accept it.
